From the first message with John to receiving the final product; I had an all-around fantastic experience with this shop. I would definitely recommend John and his team for the value that they provide. Their communication was clear, prompt, and professional. They’re very organized with project management and guided me through their process from start to finish. John provided design sketches and proofs in order to create an accurate quote for my project idea. They were upfront about the time range and cost for the project and they kept me posted with updates throughout the production phase. The items were shipped with care and even ahead of the timeline. The final result was exactly as I had hoped!

No, we operate and communicate exclusively over the Internet. We have found that pictures and the written word are far more accurate to provide the level of service we feel is required and expected of our Custom Work.

Yes, it is possible that we will be able to engrave your Company Name and Logo. Please submit a photo along with your custom request for consideration.
